The company is looking for a financial analyst / economist who will be responsible for analyzing financial indicators, planning and supporting management decisions. You will work with data, assess the effectiveness of business processes and influence the financial stability and development of the company.
1. Financial analysis and reporting
Analysis of the company’s financial indicators, preparation of reports, control of key metrics and formation of conclusions for management.
2. Budgeting and planning
Participation in budget formation, planning of expenses and income, control of the implementation of financial plans.
3. Cost and efficiency analysis
Estimation of costs, search for opportunities to optimize and increase business profitability.
4. Data Management and Forecasting
Processing large amounts of information, building financial models and forecasting indicators.
5. Interaction with departments
Collaborating with other departments of the company to collect data, coordinate indicators and support decision-making.
We expect from you:
- Experience working as a financial analyst or economist will be an advantage.
- Confident command of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analytics).
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large amounts of information.
- Understanding financial indicators and business processes.
- Responsibility, systematicity and desire to develop.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working with financial models.
- Knowledge of 1C, ERP or other accounting systems.
- Experience in FMCG or distribution.
