The company is looking for a logistician / logistics manager who will be responsible for organizing and controlling delivery processes, optimizing routes and ensuring stable operation of the logistics system. You will influence the speed of delivery, cost efficiency and quality of service for partners.
1. Organizing logistics processes
Planning and coordinating product delivery, controlling transportation and ensuring smooth logistics operation.
2. Optimizing routes and costs
Analyzing delivery routes, finding opportunities to reduce costs and increase transport efficiency.
3. Working with carriers
Interaction with transport companies, agreeing on terms of cooperation and monitoring the quality of service.
4. Order and delivery control
Tracking order status, controlling delivery times and promptly resolving problem situations.
5. Interaction with internal departments
Collaborating with the warehouse, sales department and other teams to ensure consistency of processes.
We expect from you:
- Experience in logistics or related fields will be an advantage.
- Understanding of logistics processes and delivery principles.
- Ability to work with a large volume of tasks and information.
- Analytical thinking and ability to optimize processes.
- Communication skills and responsibility.
- Ability to make quick decisions in non-standard situations.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with TMS or other logistics systems.
- Knowledge of Excel at the level of working with analytics.
- Experience in distribution or FMCG.
